Customer Reviews
Great custom gift option
I ordered a Schokofoto as a birthday gift, uploading a picture of my friend's dog. The website's photo upload tool was straightforward, even on my phone. Delivery took 6 days to New York, which was within the estimated window for standard shipping. The chocolate arrived well-packaged, no breaks, which was a relief. The photo quality on the milk chocolate was surprisingly clear, colors came out good. My friend loved it, said it was almost too pretty to eat. Customer support wasn't needed, everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. Definitely a unique and fun gift idea that actually works.
Nice product, minor delay
I ordered a Schokoladenpuzzle as a gift. The photo I uploaded looked great on the dark chocolate, very clear. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple. Shipping took a little longer than expected, about 8 days to California instead of the 5-7 estimated. It wasn't a huge issue as I ordered in advance, but something to keep in mind. The packaging was very secure, nothing was damaged. Overall, happy with the product, just wish shipping was a bit more precise.
Reliable for personalized treats
This was my third time ordering from My-schoko-world, got a Schokoladenbox 12er for an anniversary. I've always liked their personalized chocolate. The process for uploading photos is consistent and the preview always gives a good idea of what to expect. Quality of the chocolate and the photo print has been reliable every time. Packaging keeps everything safe during shipping. It's my go-to for these kinds of gifts because I know what I'm getting. They haven't let me down yet.
Good deal with newsletter
First time buying from My-schoko-world. I was looking for a small thank you gift and found their personalized chocolate. Signed up for the newsletter and got a 10% discount, which made a big difference for the Schokoladengrüße I wanted. Paid around $15 for it after the discount, felt like a fair price for a custom item. Worth it.

Does anyone know if they do special deals for things like Mother's Day or Valentine's? Trying to plan ahead.
Compared to something like My M&Ms, how's the quality and customization here? Price-wise?
Hey, thinking about getting a custom chocolate bar for my mom's birthday. How long does shipping usually take to, say, California?
What kind of chocolate do they even offer? Just milk, or other types too?
How good do the pictures actually look on the chocolate? I'm worried it'll be blurry or something.
